Established more than 22 years ago, Beechworth Gold blends history, craftsmanship, and local storytelling within a unique heritage setting that still features the original gold vault once used during the 1850s gold rush. Visitors can explore displays of local alluvial gold nuggets, historical photographs, gold rush memorabilia, and the famous solid gold horseshoes that honour Beechworth’s remarkable past.

The gallery is also renowned for its large collection of handmade gemstone jewellery, much of which is lovingly crafted in-store. Specialising in Australian-made 9 carat gold jewellery with antique-inspired styling, the range includes necklaces, bangles, bracelets, earrings, pendants, pearls, sterling silver, Australian opals, and gemstone-set designs.
