Terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude. I will never come back to this store.nnI had a very disappointing experience at the Secret Shhh store in Castle Towers on Saturday, 6 December 2025.nnI went in to return a piece of jewellery I had previously purchased. The manager was assisting another customer, and when she greeted me, I politely asked if she had a moment to help. Instead of responding professionally, she raised her voice and continued mumbling negative comments with an unfriendly attitude. Her tone was disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable.nnBefore this, she had also called me regarding the refund and spoke in an equally impolite and disrespectful manner. On the phone, she said: u201cCan you come tomorrow so I can do the refund for you because too much negative?u201dnnI understand staff can be busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be maintained. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling insulted and very disappointed.nnThis was my first time shopping at Secret Shhh in Castle Towers, and it will also be my last.

Silvana at Castle Towers helped size me for the most gorgeous ring. She is one of the most beautiful, kind and understanding women I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The service she provided, and her kind words, uplifted me so much!! I highly recommend Secrets at Castle Towers with Silvana!

I went in to get 3 pieces of Secrets Jewellery cleaned the rude younger girl with dark hair didn't acknowledge me at all, a lovely new staff member was happy to assist.nnThe rude assistant rolled her eyes and made it very clear that it was such an imposition for her to be cleaning my jewellery, never have I experienced such hostility in secrets or felt like scum in secrets store before. I was wanting to purchase a few items that I asked about but due to her poor customer service and lack of knowledge have decided to walk out.nnMust I point out I returned a few weeks later dressed in my work clothes and the same rude assistant treated me as I should have been in the first place.nMy point is you have a sales assistant that prequalifies/judges' people on how the present themselves.
