After being screwed around by Leonard's for my wife's wedding ring, we found Robert Paul by chance and decided to have a chat.nnThe first time we met, Rob spoke to us about what we want and made a mood board of words to base the design from. A few days later, we met with him again and he showed us several sketches and some stones that we could use. It was amazing!nnWe narrowed down the design a bit and gave him another couple of days and he sent us another sketch. It was perfect. Better than anything I had seen in any shop or in any images online. So we paid a deposit to cover some materials and went back about a week later so he could show us his progress and to check the fit and that we still liked the design.nnI was totally amazed. I've never had such dedicated and personalised service ever in my life. We went back twice more to check the fit and final design and we picked up the finished product a week earlier than his estimate.nnThis was 6 months ago. We are happily married now and my wife still stares at her ring every day with a huge grin on her face. It's built so solidly, with each diamond protected by the metal and fits around her engagement ring perfectly. I just can't get over how impressed we both are with the service and the quality of product. Also the price was fantastic. For the quality of stones and the platinum and the weeks of work, I just feel it should have cost more.
