About Venezia

Venezia Jewellery is a Darwin family jewellery business with roots in gem trading and jade craftsmanship that reach back to the 1980s. The family originally worked with Burmese jade in Vietnam before moving through the Philippines and continuing to develop jewellery skills. That background in gemstones and hand work eventually led to the establishment of Venezia Jewellery in central Darwin.

The current business has operated as a Darwin jewellery manufacturer since 2002. Its speciality areas include custom-made jewellery, Australian Argyle pink diamonds, white diamonds and Australian South Sea pearls. The team sources diamonds, pearls and other precious gems through legitimate suppliers and Australian pearl farms, with quality control applied to both stones and finished pieces.

Custom manufacture is a central part of the service. Clients can discuss an individual design in gold or silver, with the piece developed around their preferred gemstones, style and specifications. The store also carries jewellery made in Venezia’s own design style for customers who prefer to choose a completed piece.

The family’s history with gems gives the business a particular interest in material selection rather than treating stones as interchangeable components. Its current collections have also expanded to include lab-grown diamond jewellery alongside natural diamonds, pearls and coloured gems.

      Wanted to try a bracelet and a ring , asked them to check ring size and they donu2019t do it , not a serious jeweler , poor service .

      This is a great place for Argyle diamond shopping. Very friendly and able to make a pair of earrings in a short timespan. Would recommend going there when in Darwin. Also have other nice jewellery.nThank you for my earrings, I have had some great comments about them.
