Katie Ayris 5 ★ 2025-10-05My husband was looking for a watch and we popped into this store. We were immediately welcomed by a lovely girl named Sienna. She was extremely helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to help us. It was a little big, which was easily fixed by her taking a few links out then and there. Thank you Sienna for your patience and care, a job well done.

Anita D 5 ★ 2026-01-28I am not local but happened to be at Loganholme on a whim and passed the shopfront of Goldmark and spotted a piece of jewellery I liked. Donna and Sienna assisted me and the customer service was so warm and friendly. They were genuinely so helpful I would probably make the drive to go to that Goldmark again!
