RM D 5 ★ 2026-06-16I visited Tony to see if he could restore the mirror shine to a custom pendant I made in memory of my brother after he passed away. Not only was Tony incredibly kind and generous with his time, but he repaired the pendant beautifully and refused to charge me.nnWhat meant just as much was the conversation we shared. Tony showed genuine compassion, took the time to listen, and treated me with such warmth and kindness during a difficult period of my life. I left with a restored pendant and a real appreciation for the generosity and care he showed me. Thank you, Tony.

Before we had committed to getting a ring from them , the staff were very helpful in showing us options and giving tips. I highly recommend anyone going here if you need a custom ring made!

The front desk staff are absolutely delightful and made my entire experience such a positive and happy one. Their jewlers are unmatched artists and have an obvious love and attention to their craft. I really couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a Canberra based jewler - they're so wonderful!nThank you again Village Goldsmith! You're all truly wonderful.
