- CUSTOM GOLD PENDANT - dragon with cherry blossoms + ruby eye.nnCustomer service & workmanship far exceeded my expectations.nnI wanted to make a custom gold pendant for my partneru2019s birthday gift.nnI spent weeks contacting over 15+ jewellers requesting a custom gold pendant. I had an image of exactly what I wanted, and asked every jeweller if they could do it, and for a rough quote. Some jewellers quoted abhorrent prices, some rejected making the piece due to the intricate details, some didnu2019t even respond.nnThis place was the singular jeweller of the many I contacted that consistently responded, was thorough with explaining details & processes, transparent and fair with pricing, and actually showed interest in creating the piece.nnSilvana went above and beyond to ensure I was always well informed and answered any questions I had. Being someone with zero experience with custom jewellery, she walked me through every step and every minor detail involved to ensure we created the perfect piece.nnShe was very responsive, replying to my emails essentially all times of the day & night.nnI came to her with an image, and she brought it to life with a CAD design before we even met in person. She was very accommodating to modify the design several times to fit what I wanted, whilst keeping it within my budget.nnI had a broken gold chain I didnu2019t want and she offered to buy it from me for the best price per gram across the CBD, deducting the price from my custom pendant.nnI was quite picky with how I wanted the pendant to be but Silvana was very accomodating to make as many changes as I needed.nnThe pendant was completed well within the expected turnover time, and after viewing the pendant for the first time, they were happy to take it back to make amendments before finalising the pendant.nnHonestly extremely fairly priced for the quality of workmanship and customer service provided.nnMy pendant involved extremely fine details that seems impossible for any human to be capable of making, but they made it happen.nnI want to give my most sincere thanks to Silvana and the jeweller for making this dream come true.
