Took my gold necklace and bracelet in to be fixed earlier this year. Got them back well after they said they would be done. With in the first month of having them back the bracelet broke again in the exact spot it was fixed ( on both the necklace and bracelet it was obvious where they had been fixed it didnu2019t match at all). I am very careful with my jewellery and didnu2019t do anything I can think of for it to break. Now today my back lace just fell of out of no where I was doing nothing. I am so disappointed as I havenu2019t had it back for 6 months. I would not recommend to anyone the quality of work is no where near good enough and they charge a ridiculous amount considering what you get back is not good at all.
