The lady was nice, but I collected my white gold necklace after they held it for TWO weeks and they hadnu2019t rhodium plated it because the chain was u201ctoo fineu201d.nnIt has been plated before, and I took it immediately to another jeweller who said no problem it can be done this week.nnItu2019s just disappointing because I explained that it was for a special occasion, and now I canu2019t wear it. I shouldnu2019t have been so late in organising, but I think itu2019s their job to know what can and canu2019t be done in their shop, and if they canu2019t do it they should call you rather than hold it for so long.nnThe two rings I had polished there came back nice. She was friendly enough that I might go back to purchase, but not for repairs.

Wayne and his team were more than helpful and went above and beyond when helping me with an engagement ring. With Wayne's sage advice and fantastic craftsmanship my partner and I could not have been happier with the product. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a jeweler to them!
