I visited the Swarovski store today because they were having a sale. There were two staff members working u2014 one younger and one older. The younger staff member initially asked if I needed any help, and I told her I just wanted to have a look around first.nnWhile browsing, I took some photos of a few products to show my sister and see if she liked anything. Later, I asked the younger staff member if she could assist me with trying on some pieces. However, her attitude, gestures, and the way she looked at me were extremely unpleasant u2014 as if she didnu2019t want to assist me and didnu2019t respect me at all.nnI still tried the items, but the whole experience made me very uncomfortable. It was really disappointing, and I genuinely think Swarovski needs to retrain their staff.

Ashlee was absolutely fantastic! I had a great experience at the store. Their collection is simply amazing.
