      They only offer store credit so I found their necklace on The Iconic and bought two there so that I could get a refund if I didn't like them. Once they arrived I noticed how cheap they look and how brassy the 'gold' looks. I would definitely avoid their jewellery.

      I ordered 3 pairs of earrings and chose express shipping as I needed it to be delivered for a birthday gift. After 4 days of waiting for my parcel I contacted the Reliquia team. They said that it is unusual and that they will open an investigation to see the location of the parcel. 2 weeks since my order I still have not received my earrings and each time I follow up with them they apologize for the inconvenience, but there is no solution to the problem. No offer of a refund, or sending a new order. Very disappointed with the quality of customer service. Won't be ordering again with this company.

      Really disappointed with my experience from Blanca. I ordered a skirt online that was shown by images on the website to be a mini skirt. It arrived to be a midi skirt that zips into a mini which compromises the shape and fit of the mini skirt. This was not shown at all in the images on the website and there was no picture that it was actually a midi skirt. I returned the skirt immediately and requested a refund as the images displayed online did not match the product I received. The customer service was extremely slow to respond and have told me I am only entitled to a credit note despite the error on their behalf. I've never experienced such poor customer service and will never be shopping with the brand again unfortunately.
