I had a lovely experience with a worker named Sophie the other week. I came into the shop with my youngest daughter looking for her ears to be pierced and she perfectly and happily walked through the process with us. My daughter was visibly nervous and unsure at first about it and Sophie made her feel at ease and ensured her that everything would be okay. Her customer service skills were off the charts and I am very impressed with her knowledge and ability to answer the million questions my daughter and I had. She told us about taking care of the piercing (which I had no idea you had to do), the benefits of certain materials as my daughter has sensitive ears, and as well making sure my daughter was constantly calm and informed throughout the process. She spoke to her and showed her each step she was doing so that there would be no surprises as well as made great personal conversation about interests to make her feel better.nnI would highly HIGHLY recommend this place and especially this worker.

On Sunday I popped in with my son Jamal to help find something for my best friend tony searu2019s ears . Anchal I think her name was (I think thatu2019s how it spelt)u2026 was lovely , she picked the best earrings for my darling Tony and did not mind all the questions I had to ask. She is to be commended for her customer service! I will be back!
