About Regency Jewellers  

Regency Jewellers is a family-owned regional New South Wales jewellery business established in 1968. The Orange store forms part of a three-location group that also serves Young and Gunnedah, giving the business a broad Central West presence while retaining its identity as an independent family operation.

Custom design is a major part of Regency’s service. Clients can meet with experienced jewellers, discuss ideas and budget, select diamonds or coloured gemstones and develop a design using sketches or CAD visualisation before manufacture begins. The company’s in-house master jewellers handcraft one-off pieces using a combination of traditional and modern techniques, making the service suitable for engagement rings, milestone jewellery and unique commissions.

Regency also has substantial repair and remodelling capability. Services include ring resizing, claw and setting inspections, rhodium plating, pearl restringing, professional cleaning and complete rebuilding of worn pieces. Existing gold can be reused in a new design where appropriate, allowing clients to preserve the material connection to older jewellery. Valuations are also available.

The business continues to support watches and clocks through repair and servicing arrangements, including access to an experienced watchmaker. Alongside workshop services, Regency carries a wide retail range of jewellery, watches, diamonds, gemstones and recognised brands.

For Orange customers, Regency offers the depth of a business operating since the 1960s together with current custom-design technology and local workshop skills. Its strength lies in combining retail, making, repair and long-term after-care rather than treating jewellery as a one-time purchase.
