NS appears far more invested in its so-called u201cluxuryu201d image than delivering genuine product quality or customer protection/care.nnRefunds or credit notes (in cases of clear product or design faults) are so tightly restricted that qualifying for one feels almost impossible.nA luxury premium brand that cannot take accountability is laughable -- just say you're stingy and cannot afford to pay out the customer.nnThere are so many areas of the business lacking, from production all the way down to basics. Completely lost trust for this brand, it's not worth it.

I was a long term loyal customer. I ran into a problem with the 9K Lennox necklace and bracelet in that one year later it looked cheap and icy no matter how many times they polished my pieces. When I approached them for a solution nothing but gaslighting. For example, did you wear it in the shower? Please note they are not a member of The Jewellers Association of Australia; hence, very little recourse for a solution if a problem is encountered. Buyer beware and shop elsewhere.
