Yesterday I went in to purchase a men's leather bracelet that I saw 4 days ago.I asked when the sale ended.I was told by a cold,indifferent woman serving me that it ended on Sunday.I was confused when I asked to try on the bracelets,she had put them away.There was no quality customer service, no customer care from the unfriendly woman that served me.

On the 30/1/25 | purchased a $1500ndiamond necklace for the Nepean Square store Penrith.nAfter 3 weeks the clip broke so I returned it to the store. I was told the necklace would have to be returned and the damage assessed.nI questioned why it could not just be replaced with the identical one they had in the window as it was no fault of mine that the necklace was faulty and broke after only 3 weeks. I was told that if it exceeded $1000 in value it was their policy to return it.nI received a call today saying that my necklace would take 4 to 6 weeks to be fixed and if I was happy with that. I replied i was not happy but obviously had no choice.nI think this Is extremely poor customer service and highly likely I will never purchase from Prouds again. Not only did my $1500 necklace break, I now have to wait 4-6 weeks to get it back.nThe sale assistant on the day I returned the necklace was also quite rude and abrupt with an absolute no care factor.
