G Pedemonte Jewellers

Pedemonte Jewellers is a locally owned Port Lincoln family jewellery business founded by Greg Pedemonte in 1986. The business originally operated in Tumby Bay before moving to Port Lincoln in 2005, where it has developed into a long-standing foreshore jewellery store with a strong workshop and custom-design focus.

After Greg retired following around 50 years in the jewellery industry, the next generation continued the business. His son Shane and Shane’s wife Rebecca took over, maintaining the family connection and the emphasis on practical trade skills, honesty and personal service. Shane and fellow jeweller Lisa bring decades of combined bench experience to the workshop.

Custom design and hand manufacture are central to Pedemonte’s offering. The team creates engagement and wedding rings, gemstone jewellery and other one-off pieces, with clients able to discuss ideas before a design moves into manufacture. The store also produces a substantial range of handmade jewellery in its own name.

Repairs are another important part of the business, allowing customers to maintain pieces they already own rather than relying only on replacement. The retail range includes natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery, coloured gemstones and selected external brands, giving customers both locally made and ready-to-wear options.
