The boutique combines a traditional manufacturing workshop with a contemporary retail range, giving customers access to both ready-made jewellery and pieces designed and made specifically for them.

The business specialises in fine handmade jewellery produced in its own workshop. Engagement rings, wedding bands, diamond dress rings, bracelets, birthstone pieces, earrings, cufflinks and signet rings can all be created using diamonds, pearls and precious or semi-precious gemstones such as ruby, sapphire, emerald and tourmaline. Signet pieces can also incorporate hand-engraved initials or family crests.

Custom work is supported by a full repair service. Fredric March can resize, restore and repair jewellery, provide insurance replacement quotations and redesign pieces that are no longer being worn. Customers may be able to reuse old gold and gemstones in a new design or trade in unwanted gold against the cost of another piece, making the workshop relevant for inherited and sentimental jewellery as well as new purchases.

The store also carries selected watches, including Swiss Mondaine models and watch bands. Its broader approach remains centred on personal service rather than high-volume retail.
