Prouds the Jewellers | Top Ryde

Visited Prouds Top Ryde this morning to pick up a pair of earrings. I was greeted right away, asked if I needed help, and I asked if they had a pair of earrings I had found on their site. The lovely lady serving me went right to work trying to find the ones I wanted. She couldn't find the specific pair but located one virtually identical and popped one of them through a plastic card for me to hold up to my ear to see how they looked. She was super lovely and made me feel taken care of. I will be coming back here in future :)

Rene is the absolute best, her customer service is wonderful and always takes her time to help you. I have purchased many items from her and the team now, but she ordered in a watch for me yesterday. An WoW I am very happy with, the looked after me on the price and delivery to the store. She is why I still shop at prouds and dont use places like starbuy for particular watches if prouds have it on hand. We visited Prouds at Top Ryde this afternoon to look at some watches for our wedding - for the groom and groomsmen, and we were pretty adamant that the visit was just to solidify the ideas on what we were after as we hadnu2019t found anything that we loved yet, but that all changed as soon as Natalia came along and blew us away with not only her kindness but her knowledge and incredible service!
