I visited McGlades Jewellers on Tuesday 14th May 2024: I was absolutely appalled by the complete rudeness of 2 girls who had spoked to me that morning. I was so shocked and disgusted that they had been allowed to treat someone.so disresctfully.and unprofessionally.
I discovered McGlades recently when I needed a piece of jewelry to be repaired. They seemed to be one of the very few jewellers in Canberra who had a professional available to quote for the job on site. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant and the repair was first-rate and done within a few days. To my mind, this is the best jeweller in Canberra. Five stars.

After checking numerous jewellery outlets in Canberra, only McGlades in Canberra City had the experience and expertise to fix my Pandora charm bracelet. I felt like a million dollars walking out with my beautifully restored bracelet. The consultant I dealt with was Professional and knowledgeable, which gave me great confidence in their ability. McGlades is definitely the place to go for quality jewellery and exceptional services.

Visiting McGlades is always fun. Their selection of jewellery is wide, I love that they have gemstones like sapphire, emerald, ruby, some spinel and tourmaline!nThe only jewellery shop where I can find tourmaline :) This time, I brought home a green and pink tourmaline rings.
