I went into Pandora at Warringah Mall today and was served by the store manager who not only helped me with sizing but gave great customer service. After a not so good experience just after Christmas it was absolutely worth going into the store to talk to her about. I wear a lot of Pandora. Thank you for your time and for a truly great experience. I will be back.

I stopped by to have my bracelet cleaned, and Farnoosh was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, professional, and took great care in making sure my bracelet looked as good as new. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience quick and easy. Itu2019s always such a pleasure to get this level of service thank you for going above and beyond Farnoosh!

Bought an engravable bracelet for my mum and the seller didnu2019t tell me I was not going to be able to read it. Once it came out she said u201cits because of the font style you chose. Would have been nice to have a heads up
