Hawkesbury Valley Lapidary Club is based at the Richmond School of Arts Annex in Richmond. The club is a community of gemstone enthusiasts focused on lapidary and gemstone crafting, with opportunities for people of different skill levels to learn and create alongside other members.

Current club activities include gemstone grinding, shaping and polishing, faceting, wire wrapping, silver jewellery work, gem trees, mineral and fossil collecting and fossicking trips. The club also participates in gem and mineral exhibitions and community events.
