Mark Blyth Fine Jewellery is an Albany-based workshop and gallery specialising in handcrafted fine jewellery, bespoke commissions and pieces that draw on Western Australian materials and design influences. Mark Blyth established the Albany workshop and gallery in 2006 after many years working as a jeweller in the south-west, creating a business centred on personal service and locally made work.

Custom jewellery is a major part of the studio. Clients can discuss an engagement ring, wedding band or other commission directly with the jeweller and develop a piece around their preferred materials, gemstones and style. The business works with South Sea pearls, diamonds and precious metals, producing jewellery intended to be individual rather than mass manufactured.

Mark’s work has received industry recognition. In 2004 he won the Gold category at the Jewellers Association of Australia awards, a competition focused on original, hand-created jewellery using Australian materials. That award reflects the studio’s emphasis on design and craftsmanship rather than simply retailing finished pieces.

The showroom also carries a broader range that includes rings, earrings, necklaces, pearls, platinum, gold, silver, diamonds, cufflinks and watches.
