Charlene Vivas 1 ★ 2025-03-26My partner and I visited the store to have the links of a Seiko Mod watch adjusted. We were fully prepared to pay for this service.nnA female store personnel took the watch to make the adjustment but returned shortly after, stating that she was unable to do it and that she had broken her tool in the process. She suggested that we take the watch to Jeremy Fleming Jewellers instead. She then returned the watch without charging us.nnHowever, upon inspecting the watch on our way out, we noticed a dent on one of the links. This damage was not present when we brought the watch in. My partner is extremely upset about this, but we decided to leave without causing any disturbance.nnWe expect Prouds the Jewellers to take accountability for this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the damage caused. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss how you will address this issue.
