Recently, I visited the store with the intention of purchasing a ring I had already chosen. However, my experience was very disappointing. Although the jewelry store offers good products, the overall experience was negatively affected by the poor customer service.nnI waited almost an hour to complete the purchase, and the sales assistant showed a lack of willingness and knowledge. There was also insufficient assistance throughout the process, which left me extremely dissatisfied.nnAdditionally, I paid an extra $169 for the three-year Jewelry Care plan, which includes cleaning and adjustments. However, when I received the ring, I noticed it had not been properly polished and still had glue and adhesive residue on it. This is completely unacceptable considering the amount I paid.nnGiven this experience, I do not intend to return to this store in the future.

I experienced exceptional customer service by Claudia. She was so lovely and friendly and helped me source a particular item that I was having trouble finding online or instore. She even picked it up personally and had it ready for me to collect the next day. I would 100% recommend her and her lovely staff and this will most definitely be my go to prouds jeweller.

Extremely Poor customer Service. I had not shopped at Prouds ever before and I will never ever go back. The sales assistant had no interest in making a sale. It seemed like she was too busy doing nothing to ask if I needed assistance. When she finally did ask if I needed help she made it clear that it was an effort to show the item I was looking for. No interest in making a sale what so ever.
