Had a watch and a piece came off it suddenly and apparently itu2019s not warranty and they canu2019t tell me the reasoning behind it. No impact or damage on watch but rejecting the claim for no good reason.nnBeen purchasing watches and products for over 22 years with Prouds Fairfield and they canu2019t assist a good customer of theirs.
