      I would strongly advise people to be very cautious before dealing with this store.nFrom the beginning, my experience was disappointing. I trusted the store and completed the purchase without receiving a written receipt showing the exact weight and price. When I asked for a proper receipt, he kept making excuses and did not provide one. I also noticed differences in the weighing and pricing, but I was only given verbal explanations.nnThe next day, I returned to ask for clarification and a refund, but it was refused. I was sure of the correct remaining amount, yet I was told I owed more money. Since I had not received any written proof of the weight, price, or payment, I had no way to verify the numbers. When I asked to review the CCTV footage for transparency, this request was also refusedn. Before leaving the store, make sure everything is written clearly and correctly. Once you walk out, the details may suddenly change and it becomes very difficult to resolve anything. For this reason, I strongly advise customers not to proceed unless they clearly know the gold price and have written proof of the weight and payment. When a customer shows trust without asking for documentation, it can unfortunately be taken advantage of. Please protect yourself and double-check everything before completing the transaction.

      Don't trust too much .I bought 4 gold bracelets. But they turned out to contain iron .the seller said he wouldn't give an invoice because of the tax When we asked for the store,s camera it was deleted .
