Georgies Fine Jewellery Bega has served the local community since joining the family business in 2007. The store forms part of a Far South Coast jewellery tradition that began in Narooma in 1983 with founders Jan and George Staley and has since developed into a multi-location jewellery business led by their daughter Georgie and her husband David.

Craftsmanship has remained at the heart of Georgies Fine Jewellery throughout its history. Georgie completed her jewellery apprenticeship under her father, learning traditional skills in handmade jewellery and repairs. David later trained in watchmaking, adding another specialist service to the family business.

The Bega store connects customers with a broad range of jewellery services including repairs, custom-made jewellery, remodelling, watch repairs and bespoke design. Behind the business is a team of experienced jewellers, a watchmaker and specialist jewellery designers using both traditional techniques and modern technology.

Georgies Fine Jewellery has invested in advanced CAD design and 3D printing capabilities, allowing complex custom pieces to be developed with precision while still using handcrafting techniques when appropriate. Customers can also have sentimental gold reused in a new design, preserving its personal history while creating something new.
