I had a very disappointing experience with both the product quality and customer service at this store.nnA few months ago, I purchased two watches from Goldmark. One was an Elite brand watch originally priced at $139, bought on sale for $69, and another priced at $149, bought for $79. The warranty card clearly states Water Resistant u2013 brief immersion (5ATM / 50M), which should reasonably cover regular hand washing and showering (not swimming or water sports).nnWithin one month of normal use, water had seeped into one of the watches. When I took it back to the Belconnen Westfield store, there were two staff members present. Without even checking the warranty card or purchase date, one staff member immediately said, u201cThese watches are not waterproofu201d. This was said dismissively and without any effort to understand the issue.nnThey then refused to properly assist and told me to come back later because the manager was not there. I explained that I could not keep coming back multiple times and asked if they could at least call the manager or confirm the warranty process. Only after pushing did they finally agree to take the watch, saying they would send it for repair but could not guarantee it would be fixed.nnFor a watch advertised as water resistant, this is unacceptable. The Elite brand watch appears to be poor quality, and the staff at this Goldmark store clearly lack the training or willingness to handle warranty issues professionally.nnOverall, very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. I would not recommend buying watches from this store.

My husband and son brought me a necklace and earrings for my birthday. I went to put the necklace on and the clasp fell to pieces in my hand. We went in to see if we could get a new necklace they up sold whitch was fine but would not give a discount on the new chain.

Pretty disappointing, bought my girlfriend a bracelet for it to break within an hour of her wearing it.nnNext day I take it back with her to choose a new one in exchange (hence the second star) and the manager of the store said the price OUT LOUD in front of her after I explicitly said not to about three times. Trainee was better versed in customer service than the manager.nnWonu2019t be going to goldmans again
