ToniMay | Bondi Beach

ToniMay Bondi Beach brings the Australian jewellery brand back to the area where its story first began. Around 15 years ago, ToniMay started trading at the Bondi Markets before growing into an established family-operated jewellery label with boutiques in Paddington and Bondi Beach and stockists throughout Australia.

The brand is run by sisters Laura Byrne and Alisha De Graaf, with Laura overseeing creative direction and jewellery design. Their connection to jewellery is rooted in family, with Laura growing up inspired by her silversmith mother and developing an early appreciation for handmade pieces and the stories attached to them.

Even the ToniMay name reflects that family history, drawing inspiration from their grandparents Tony Filippi and Shirley May. This sense of heritage remains an important part of a brand built around creativity, individuality and meaningful jewellery.

The Bondi Beach boutique offers customers the opportunity to explore ToniMay’s collections of rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and bespoke jewellery in person, while reconnecting the brand with the neighbourhood where it first found its audience.

With roots firmly in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and a presence through more than 50 stockists around Australia, ToniMay combines contemporary jewellery design with a personal and distinctly Australian story.
