I went to city store met love kind young and pretty woman sales name Lilian , very helpful kind and has empathy to customer , she legend and recommended her highly to become manager in charge .she knowing computers well try to search my docket I bought 11 month ago just by showing my bank detail , early morning I come to the store for genuine warranty issues but I was served by awfully store older manager, who very unprofessional and no empathy to other. All come from her was objection and ridiculous attitude ( how can be this person become manager ??? No patient no knowledge about computer system ( my bank statement with date time and day not enough to search ???, opposite what Lilian Kuo served me with manner.we need more kind nice person in retail .this store will doing better and well if they employees special who manage the store knowing little bit more customer service ( manager need more training ) again thank you so much Lilian you one of the kind.
