I bought a ring at Swarovski believing in the brandu2019s quality, but I was really disappointed. The ring peeled completely, which has never happened with any of my silver jewelry, not even the simple ones I buy at local markets or with Pandora. I went back to the store with the box and everything, but since itu2019s been over two years, they donu2019t do anything about it. Honestly, I expected much better quality and customer care from Swarovski.

Good customer service in Australia but unfortunately my call went overseas and the support was hopeless...this is giving swaroski bad reputation. My order had not left the warehouse and the lady overseas kept telling me it wasn't possible to change the incorrect address on the order.i contacted local indooropilly store and they are trying to help me.....advise to local staff, please double check delivery address with clients. Sometimes we relocate and dont realise the address on the database is incorrect. Thank you so much yrette for helping me..I received great customer service from you and you restored my faith in swarovski....

Here in brisbane for my birthday. Myself and a great friend of mine came to this store on the 4th July and the service was amazing!. Came back twice because I couldnu2019t resist without buying such beautiful pieces!. First time I was served by Kim Thien and he was so so lovely! Very helpful ud83dude0a. Second time round I was served by the beautiful store manager Sarah who was also so lovely and so ever helpful! She definitely had more fun than I did trying on jewellery and convincing me to go ahead with the purchases!- which Iu2019m so happy with and couldnu2019t ask for a better shopping experience. I now have a few Swarovski pieces and definitely want to keep building up the collection ud83dude1c.nnSuch an awesome team!u2728
