Maryam Moradi 1 ★ 2025-12-27The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional and completely uncooperative.nBasic customer service was lacking, i issued a feedback though thier website and response provided was making excause for thier staff racism behaviour.. when i went back to collect my ring i was interminated by thier staff due to be honest feedback to thier head office. Again i reported the matter.nnI would not recommend anyone visiting this store thier behaviour of racism and rudness make this beautiful city ugly.

Basic customer service was lacking, and my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I also contacted other branches in Canberra (Belconnen and Woden), hoping they could help, but they were making excuses and behaving rudely and unprofessionally. I would not recommend these stores to anyone.
