Absolutely amazing service. The store was extremely busy, but the staff were still so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was looked after. One of the best customer service experiences Iu2019ve had.

I think a lot of people leaving reviews have never worked in retail! Every interaction I have had in Pandora here has been lovely. The staff there always look so busy. I recently purchased a charm for my mum, and the girls there were very helpful and patient with me!

Had been here for an exchange of a product. The store was really busy, so there was a wait time. But, I really had a good experience here. Emma was extremely sweet, helpful and patient with the process. It was really hard finding the exchange size, but she really did help me out with a very smooth process throughout. Thanks Emma!
