My husband reached out to Connie when he was shopping for my engagement ring. She was super helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I ended up with a gorgeous engagement ring and I am so glad we went to Connie. We were so thrilled with Connie that we also picked my wedding band and a set of south sea pearl earrings and necklace which I wore on my wedding day. Connie is so committed to her work and she is so flexible, even distance was not an issue, I was in UK majority of the time when Connie was helping us. Connie was able to custom make these gorgeous 18K yellow gold earrings with Japanese Akoya and Ming pearls specially for me. I've had so many compliments so far with friends also wanting to purchase too. Thank you for your professional and wonderful service. Will definitely buy again!
