Caitlin & Nick 1 ★ 2026-06-14Went to look at Jewellery stores at the Mall on a Sunday. Checked opening time before leaving home and it clearly said MH was open from 9-5 on Sundays.nArrived at the mall just after 10am. Store not open but two ladies inside. Walked past to another store and then back again at about 10.15 and still not open. Returned at 10.30 and they were finally open.nThe service we received from the brunette girl was ridiculous. Very little knowledge of products in store, very cold and dismissive. Had to be asked to try a different size because it didnu2019t fit. Would like to be contacted by someone as have more to say.

Dismissive, rude, poor customer service and said something under breath when asked how long my $3000 ring takes to get inspected. Needs to be reminded that she works there and her name isnu2019t Michael Hill. By reading the reviews, seems like ongoing thing.

Ali Waddington 1 ★ 2026-04-07Two ladies with terrible service. So cold and unfriendly. I needed help with ring sizing and she handed me the sizer and would not let me try any actual rings on. Another lady came out and said unless I am buying from them I should not bother sizing with them. They stared at me in silence until I left. Very weird uneasy experience. Don't bother...
