Staff were very rude and ignored me I even went in a second time thinking it would be different but it was worse. As I walked into the store the staff all looked at me as if I didnu2019t belong in there and not one person said hello or offered help and they all just stood there watching me as if I was a criminal. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable in the store, I needed help finding a specific bracelet they sell but was too scared to ask due to them constantly watching me and looking at me as if they were thinking I couldnu2019t afford it. The staff were all chatting amongst each other very loudly before I walked into the store but as soon as I entered they all went completely silent and just watched me as I was walking around the store trying to find the bracelet. I do not recommend this store and if I could rate it zero stars I would.

Hopeless customer service. They sell jewellery that falls apart and won't repair or warrant their poor workmanship. Buyer beware. They aren't what they used to be. A was given a Swarovski necklace as a present from my brother. When the large crystal fell out of the claw I was advised by Swarovski at Greenhills to take it to a jeweller and pay to get it fixed. When I said no, I would like the manufacturer to fix their product, I was informed they donu2019t repair their own products. Can not believe they are allowed to produce a product and charge such an inflated cost with no responsibility to its shoddy manufacturing.
