I left my $1350 watch with them on the weekend in order for them to order me a band and replace it. I was called back on Monday as promised but was told I need to come back in store to pay a deposit for the band, (which is annoying they wouldnu2019t take payment over the phone but is forgivable). Iu2019m then told they close at 5:30pm,nSo I leave work early to make it there by 5:26pm, to make the payment, and the doors were already closed and locked and they wouldnu2019t let me in! Seriously not impressed at all with the service and very annoyed that I had to come in to pay a deposit even though they had a watch that was worth 10 times the entire purchase as collateral.

Experience in store was great, and pricing was good for me but the watch I bought (RS965BX-9) as a gift for my partner broke within a few days. The leather band snapped and he only just told me. Quality should be looked at for all in store items more thoroughly but that's the only bad thing.

Yea I payed 250 deposit for a ring because I was told 3 weeks which gave me enough time to get it to my partner before anniversary just got told its 4 to 6 weeks I would not have purchased this or put a deposit if I knew this was the time frame because your staff have lied thank you.
