Roxanne Lord 1 ★ 2026-02-06Dropped my wedding rings off to have bands put together, staff were very helpful to send away. Unfortunately the jewler could not do this, due to ring issues and my rings were sent back. My bad review however is because when I called to see if my rings had been returned some time later the staff member on the phone was exceptionally rude. She asked me if I knew what jeweller it had been sent to and said that she would take a long time to check as she now had to look up this information. (She called back in 5 min so must have been a lucky quick find). She said Prouds had called however they were unable to get through or leave a message which is fine (wasn't an issue before when I had previously gotten a voicemail from them) but does not excuse the rudeness. Shame how one person can sour an experience with a business.
