Iu2019ve been taking my wedding set to Michael Hill Greenhills for cleaning and the required warranty checks for the past 5 years, and unfortunately, there has been an issue almost every single time.nnDespite confirming my contact details and signing the paperwork at each visit, notifications are often sent to my husband instead of me. Last October, we didnu2019t receive any notification at all when the rings were ready.nnMost recently, I dropped my rings off 3 weeks ago and wasnu2019t given any timeframe. When I followed up in store, I was told it would take 3u20136 weeks. Then on Thursday, my husband received a message saying one ring had arrived u2014 again, despite confirming my details. When he went in, only one ring was there, and he was then told it could take up to 9 weeks for the other two to return.nnThe lack of communication, inconsistent information, and repeated errors over several years is incredibly frustrating u2014 especially when these checks are required to maintain the diamond warranty. If this wasnu2019t a condition of the warranty, I would have taken my business elsewhere a long time ago.nnThe service here really needs improvement.

As an individual who hasnu2019t got enough knowledge about diamonds and buying for the first time, I was explained and made easy to understand and gain confidence on buying diamonds by the staff.
