I went to Lovisa a few days ago to enquire about having my daughters ears pierced and to get some info, the girl I spoke to that day was lovely, she told me no need to book an app to turn up and she checked todays date to make sure there were 2 piercers on and told me to come back that day between 12-3. Today being my daughters bday I took her to have them done and get there today and that same worker was sitting behind the counter she had just served someone so I walked up to the counter and she picked up a pen and started writing, she didnu2019t acknowledge me, say hello or even just say sorry Iu2019ll be with you in a moment, nothing completely ignored me. I stood there for several minutes (felt like 10 but maybe wouldu2019ve been 5) her co worker walked in and she started talking to her and they chatted briefly, she went back to writing and then finally looked at me and still didnu2019t even speak, so I asked the question about having my daughter ears done today and she then tells me (very blunt and rudely) u201cwe canu2019t do it today there arenu2019t 2 piercers onu201d. It was her who had told me a few days prior her and another girl would be on. She proceeded to tell me rosters mightu2019ve been changed or the person who told me that mightu2019ve got dates mixed up. She said next Tuesday had two piercers on if we wanted it then but today was my daughters bday and she was so excited to get her ears pierced for the first time. So even if I had have come back the following Tuesday if u201crosters get changedu201d again then whatu2019s the point, Iu2019d be disappointing my child again. Donu2019t offer a service you canu2019t fulfill. My friend also called the other day and was told piercings are available any day of the week and they always have piercers on. I went to another piercing place within the centre and they were so kind and accomodating and got her in. I donu2019t get how a few days ago this worker was so nice to me and today she was so rude, I get people have bad days but I donu2019t get why you take it out on a customer that it has nothing to do with and that did nothing wrong. I may only be one person and in the big scheme it wonu2019t make a difference but I will never return to Lovisa or spend money here.

My 11yr old and myself went in today to get our 2nd ear lobe piercing. The girl was great. Very reassuring for my daughter and very patient and kind. She was very professional and we both walked away happy. 6 piercings in 1 day as i ended up with 3rd lobe as it was such an easy minimal painfree experience . $30 was a very competitive price. Our local nail place was advertising 1 ear for $35. Definitely Recommend

Visit today- Malia was so lovely, she did my thirds piercing and she talked me all the way through, her recommendations were from a complete place of genuine friendly smiley & approachable care for her customers. Whilst she was serving me unfortunately a customer was very rude to her other colleague at the register saying that the signs are false advertising & was blaming the staff member, proudly the staff member stood her professionally ground & recommended that if the customer was unsatisfied to contact head office.nnI was very pleased with the assistance I received today, especially when the store was crowded, great job girlies. Will be a returning customer thatu2019s for sure.
