I wanted to share the amazing experience we had over the weekend. Mackenzie pierced my daughteru2019s ears. She was so nice and made my daughter feel so comfortable and confident. All of the girls who work there were super lovely and helpful. I tossed up a few places to go to get her ears pierced and Iu2019m so happy I picked lovisa.

Came in looking for some jewellery for my sister yesterday and was greeted by a young lovely women named Katie she helped me out and nailed all the pieces she recommended. Big shoutout to her and her amazing customer service.

I was taken care of by Isabella at Lovisa, Warringah for multiple ear piercings. I had two piercings performed in my helix and cartilage area by Isabella, she was so kind and gentle with my ears during the process, and she has a really lovely nature.nnFollowing this, I had to return about two months later, as some of my piercings became really sore and infected, with hair caught around them after I had been swimming in a highly chlorinated pool on my Thailand holiday, which seemed to really aggravate them, and disturb the healing process.nnIsabella was more than happy to assess my piercings, and provide the best solution to fix the issue, and relieve the discomfort and pain from my ears. She helped me to find the best flat back earrings, to be swopped out with my current earrings that were capturing alot of my hair.nnIsabella was so kind throughout the whole process, pre-spraying and being as gentle and patient as she could to replace the earrings, and I felt relief straight away. I will definitely be returning to Lovisa at Brookvale, and especially to interact with Isabella - she is so wonderful, goes above and beyond & and genuinely cares. Thank you so much! :)
