Lovisa | Chatswood

I am lost for words! I was in the shop today when I witnessed an older lady who looked in charge of the store labelling a thick diamond silver ring as something (and I quote) 'only an African man would wear' to another employee of colour. To add to that, she went on saying that only gamblers or thugs wear rings of such sort. I am appalled by this behaviour. This is outright racism! This behaviour is not okay!! Lovisa needs to educate the older woman on the definition of racism and what is acceptable to say and not.nnI am disgusted by this behaviour and the store has lost a customer.

I love the jewellery here! There's a big collection, I was honestly a bit overwhelmed with the choices but the two staff there, I think their names were Aakriti and Yolanda, were very sweet and offered wonderful advice to help me figure out what to pick for a gift. I don't usually buy jewellery so their help was very much appreciated!

Can you imagine receiving a beautiful, brand-new ring as a Christmas gift, only for it to break within 1 day? To make matters worse, there was no receipt, as my child had somehow misplaced it. Thankfully, staff member YAEL from the Chatswood Lovisa store turned a very disappointing situation into a positive experience. She resolved my issue immediately and provided truly exceptional customer service.
