about a week ago i had a great piercing experience with a young girl who took the time to make sure that my third piercings were lined up. I have gotten all my piercings from lovisa with no infections and now after getting them pierced at this store and doing all the correct aftercare my piercing is severely infected and the piercing is so painful it may have to get taken out. $65 for a whole lot of pain and a piercing that i wonu2019t even be able to make use of is just a waste of my money and my time. It seems to be a reoccurring theme of infections from this store and someone needs to look into why because these infections that are so bad you have to take the jewellery out is insane for the price you pay.

She greeted my mum warmly and took the time to walk her through the entire process, clearly explaining what to expect and the aftercare steps. She was calm, patient, and very professional throughout.
