Sof M 5 ★ 2025-12-05I was impressed with the hard-to-find and beautiful gold chains available on Winfu's ebay page but wanted to try it on in person to make sure it was the right choice for my style so travelled down from the Blue Mountains to their shop.nnLinda was so helpful and patient with finding and showing me the different chains and giving me useful information so I could make my choice easily - amazing customer service, really fair prices, and high-quality gold products with wide selection that you won't find in a typical chain jewellery shop.nnHer father polished my new chain nicely for me and it looks so beautiful.nnI am so happy with the quality of my new jewellery and the kind and excellent service from Linda and her dad.

Iu2019ve only ever known this store for its fair pricing, based on recommendations from a multitude of my friends, but thatu2019s a stark contrast to the situation now. Iu2019ve seen a 43% increase in the price of an 18K gold chain in just five months. I understand that gold prices have risen, but this particular chain was already listed over a year ago, and a 43% increase is mind-boggling.
