I went in today and the girls Maryanne the store manager and the young girl Stephanie were phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and helped me to select gifts for family and friends , and I bought two beautiful rings for myself ! I will definitely be recommending this store to absolutely everyone that I know ud83dude0a very happy customer x

Joey Valenzuela 5 ★ 2025-08-23Athena and MaryAnn are amazing. I went to Marrickville branch. Athena was very helpful and didn't show any irritation on her face. I asked for suggestions and told her my budget. She was willingly showing the items to me. I left and went back to ask more questions and she was very accommodating regardless if I will buy or not. I ended up buying the one she recommended. Very good customer service Athena.nI went back to the store the next day. Athena was on day off and I spoke to MaryAnn. She was also very helpful as well. She assisted me very well and ended up buying more. Thumbs up to you MaryAnn. Keep up the good work.

js js 1 ★ 2025-09-07Staff very unfriendly - stare at you and walk by. Originally purchased an item & it was a chore. Went back for repairs and spoken to as if it was a burden by manager, alongside of same unfriendly staring staff. A horrid experience. Never going back to Prouds in Marrickville again (and it's obvious from the other appalling reviews here that the store does not care). Hardly any qualities to be 'proud' about.
