The family’s long involvement in diamond and fine jewellery has produced several generations of clients as well as jewellers, with today’s business led by Travis Trewarne and supported by a family design tradition that includes his sisters Marcelle and Selena.

Custom design and remodelling are important parts of the Trewarne offering. Clients can begin with a new idea or bring in old, inherited or unworn jewellery to be reworked. The design process can include drawings, a virtual prototype and hand-selected stones before the piece is made by the company’s jewellers in private Melbourne workrooms. This gives customers substantial input before manufacture begins.

Trewarne is particularly associated with diamond engagement and wedding jewellery but also produces coloured-stone pieces, dress jewellery and family-designed collections.
