I went in late tonight and had the best customer service I have received this festive season. Was served by Mikayla (unsure if correct spelling). Visited Pandora yesterday for the first time to buy an item I saw in the window. I stood waiting to be served for 20 to 30 minutes without acknowledgment and had to ask twice before anyone assisted me. There was no apology or warmth shown to me.
