The best service Iu2019ve ever received at any Pandora store! Iu2019ve been a customer for over a decade but it was my first time at the Mount Druitt store and I went in to get my 8 rings cleaned. Katherine was an absolute dream to deal with going above and beyond and was so genuinely kind which was so refreshing to receive that service as these days it rarely happens (which is why I normally shop online) but I will definitely be back to see her (get this girl a raise!) ud83eudef6ud83cudffc

Made to wait 50 minutes in a queue while listening to the staff casually talking about there personal lifeu2019s with customers to be only told sorry we can not help you, unable to do exchange because we are closing down. We had been standing there the whole time with a pandora bag. It would have been common courtesy to just explain if we were after an exchange or refund that they could not assist.
