I had purchased the Kat gown online and ran into some issues with the delivery timing, but Marlene was incredibly kind and helpful when I came into the store.nnShe took the time to steam it for me and made the whole experience feel calm and supported. Her warmth and care really made a difference.

Spending $300 on an order and cannot even get a credit or an exchange just because the item is a final sale. Not even accomodating for an exchange. Itu2019s not like Iu2019m asking for my money back. Even with nipple covers everything shows under this item.
