I had a good first impression here with a lovely staff, but the second and third time were horrible. I went in the second time and the young Korean lady completely ignored me while she was not serving any customer. She was just standing at the desk touching the jewellery on display here and there and did not ask to make sure if I was already served by someone else. She then managed to went to this other customer who dressed nicer. The Assistant Manager served me but not once she smiled, she talked and served as if I shouldnu2019t have been in the store because I didnu2019t look rich enough. The third time I went was on Black Friday and while I was paying, the Assistant Manager went from the entrance to the paying desk, chatting while looking at me up and down as if I was stealing something. Thankfully, the lady who helped me was lovely and patient. Then as I left. younger lady at the entrance did not say thank you back to me when I greeted her first while she said that to the customers before us. Iu2019ve been purchasing products here with my own money and not once have I intended to steal or treated the staff in a rude manner. Why are we choosing who to serve based on what they wear in 2025?

I recently purchased a watch from this store and was disappointed with the service I received. The staff informed me they did not have the necessary tools to adjust the watch and advised me to visit a third-party service provider, promising reimbursement upon presentation of receipts. I found this surprising, as I would expect a large retailer to have basic tools available for customer assistance.nnIn addition, the staff memberu2019s attitude was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on this interaction, I do not plan to shop here again and would encourage others to consider visiting another location. My feedback refers specifically to this store only.

Today I had a very disappointing experience with one of the staff members, which was surprising because the staff are usually very kind and helpful.nnI noticed a cuff bracelet displayed on a stand and thought it looked lovely, so I asked the staff member how much it cost. She responded that it was not for sale. I then politely asked why it was displayed if it wasnu2019t available for purchase. Instead of explaining, she replied with attitude, saying, u201cI donu2019t make the prices,u201d and repeated this again while giving me a dismissive look, which made me feel judged and uncomfortable, as though she assumed I wouldnu2019t buy it. Long story short I went to an Asian lady called Luna ig who helped me happily with great attitude and a smile
